Tracking starts before pickup
The system sends the driver a tracking request by text. Once accepted, tracking begins one hour before the scheduled pickup.

Location pings every 15 minutes
From pickup through delivery, the platform records the truck's position every 15 minutes. Our trailers also carry GPS units of their own.

Updates come to you
Automated email notifications cover arrivals, pickups, deliveries, and in-transit events, with current city and state reported twice daily. Ask dispatch for a live tracking link to share with your customer.

Behind the scenes, CarrierWatch verifies insurance, authority, and FMCSA safety data for every carrier in the network, refreshed every 24 hours.
