How We Vet Our Carriers

Our Carrier Watch interface is used to import carrier information from the CarrierWatch database on initial setup. This includes carrier name, address, contact information, SCAC Code, Insurance company name, policy coverage limits and expiration date, and safety rating and authority status from the FMCSA.

  • Insurance coverage, safety and authority are automatically updated every 24 hour
  • If insurance is cancelled, authority is revoked or safety rating is reduced, the TMS will automatically disable dispatch for
    that carrier.

Carrier Tracking

  • The Tracking interface can initiate carrier tracking with one click. This sends a text to the drivers phone with a link to examine the load; pickup and delivery information and appointment times.
  • The driver has the ability to Accept or Decline tracking on each load.
  • On acceptance, the system will begin tracking one hour before the scheduled pickup time.
  • The driver’s phone is pinged for the current location every 15 minutes around the clock until the delivery is complete.
  • Twice a day all arrivals, pickups, deliveries and current city/state are updated in the TMS automatically.
  • Opening the check call screen will pull in these updates as often as you’d like.
  • A tracking link can be generated and sent to the customer to allow customer tracking of the driver.

Customer Email Updates

  • Customer records can be configured to automatically send email updates for specific events.
  • These emails can notify the customer of arrivals, pickups and deliveries and specific in-transit events
